The Benefits of Professional Landscape Maintenance

As a homeowner, you have a responsibility to take care of your property, complete with healthy plant growth, attractive curb appeal, and a functional space that serves your family's needs. However, you don't have to make that all happen by yourself.

The 3 Bears Landscaping team handles time-consuming chores like raking, aerating, fertilizing, and more. Rest assured that each job is being done correctly, with attention to detail and respect for Mother Nature. When you hire us for landscape maintenance, your whole family reaps the benefits. You don't have to worry about assigning chores to someone who has no interest in doing them, or being forced into doing them yourself when you don't have the time or the best equipment for the job. Keep the peace in your home by outsourcing the mowing, weeding, leaf collecting, and more.

Regular maintenance is an investment that can help you save money in the long run. When you make mistakes in your outdoor space—like cutting the grass too short, ignoring drainage problems, or overwatering—it can lead to costly interventions later on. Our team can provide expert guidance on how to best care for your plants and hardscapes to ensure they last for years.

With our extensive local knowledge and experience, we create customized maintenance plans for every home. We back our work with Papa's Guarantee, our promise that you'll love what we do, or we'll make it right. Fill out our contact form and schedule a phone call with us—we can usually provide a quote for landscape maintenance right there on the phone.

This Is How We Make Every Project Just Right For You

Landscaping projects can seem overwhelming, but we're here to make it simple and enjoyable. To that end, we've streamlined our process to help you know what to expect along each step of the way, and we're available to answer your questions. Here's how to get started:

  • Let’s Talk

Fill out the form here on the website! It only takes a couple of minutes. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your phone call at a time that works for you. This is a 15-minute conversation to discuss your vision for your landscaping, and it's an opportunity for us both to decide if we're the right fit for your project.

  • Landscape Vision Consultation

Within 48 hours of your introductory call, we'll reach out to schedule your full consultation. Maintenance plans are customizable according to your property and your needs, and we can often come to an agreement before the call is over. For installation projects, we'll discuss your preferences and budget and set up a time for an in-person consultation ($60).

  • Design Phase

After the consultation, you'll complete a Customer Questionnaire to give us even more guidance and insight into planning your project. The design fee is $895 (minus your consultation fee), plus $500 if you'd like a 3-D design. You'll be able to review your design presentation on Zoom, and our fee includes two revisions, so you can further customize it to your preferences. Together, we'll decide on materials and set up your installation in phases, if required. From there, we'll prepare an estimate.

  • Sign the Agreement

When you love your design, you'll sign the work agreement and pay 50 percent of the project cost upfront. For installations we'll prepare your materials and crew, and we can usually start work within eight to twelve weeks. For maintenance service, we’ll get you right on the schedule.

  • We'll Go to Work

Your dedicated manager will be with you from start to finish. Reach out to him any time you have questions or concerns.

  • Take Your Final Walkthrough

We want you to be thrilled with your landscaping, which is why we offer a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. If something's wrong, we'll make it right. If you're not happy, we'll make it right. The remaining 50 percent of the project cost is due upon completion.

  • Keeping Your Landscape Happy

So you can enjoy your landscaping for years, we'll teach you how to take care of it. You can do this yourself, or we're happy to discuss our maintenance plans with you and set up a schedule that keeps your yard looking its best. We’ll continue to check-in with you to make sure your landscape is always looking its best.
